Pottstown Nurses United

Nurses at Pottstown Hospital successfully formed a Union in September 2016. After fighting for and winning our Union, we continued to fight AND win — we advocated for and won improved staffing on many units. We succeeded in stopping Tower Health from violating our contract. And we won significant increases to our wages and kept our benefits intact. We continue to build our Union through transparency, education, inclusion, and activism. Together, we have a voice and input into Tower policies. Our goal is to further improve staffing, wages, and ultimately, patient safety.
